The meeting will be open to the public for the consideration of the following items:
-RFQL 37 25-26 Flood Damage Pinkenetta Road Pkg; and
-RFQM 10 25-26 Supply and Delivery of 2 (two) 2026 4WD Extra Cab Utilities – With or Without Trade; and
-RFQM 11 25-26 Supply and Delivery of 2 (two) 2026 Wagons – With or Without Trade; and
-RFQM 12 25-26 Supply and Delivery of 3 (three) 2026 Dual Cab Utes – With or Without Trade; and
-T11 25-26 Supply and Delivery of 5 Person, Turn-key Portable Camp; and
-T09 25-26 Economic Development Plan & Destination Management Plan; and
-Land Valuation Program 2027.
The meeting will then be closed to the public for the consideration of the following confidential items, in accordance with section 254J(3) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld):
-Quarter 3 Budget Review 2025/26
To be considered in accordance with section 254J(3)(c) on the grounds that the matter relates to the local government’s budget.
No resolution will be made during the closed session other than a procedural resolution. The meeting will reopen to the public following consideration of the confidential items.
