Quilpie Shire Library is hosting an Aussie Animal Day on Friday 1 March from 10:30am – 11:30am for under 5’s. There will be craft, songs, food and fun.

Due to the ongoing water mains replacement works, Brolga Street between Gyrica and Chipu Streets, Quilpie, will be closed to heavy vehicles from 07 January to 28 February 2019.  Works will be undertaken between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday with the closure affecting all westbound traffic towards Eromanga.   A detour will be in place so please observe sign[Read more]

Quilpie residents are advised that Council are currently working to replace ageing and deteriorating water mains. This water main replacement program will assist in reducing the number of service interruptions experienced by consumers and will increase water pressure and equalise flow rates.
