In accordance with Section 254C(2)(b) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld), Quilpie Shire Council hereby gives notice of a Special Meeting of Council to be held as follows:

Agenda

The meeting will be open to the public for the consideration of the following items:

  • Organisational structure amendment; and
  • Disposal of obsolete store items by auction

 

The meeting will then be closed to the public for the consideration of the following confidential items, in accordance with section 254J(3) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld):

  • Plant hire rates review — the local government’s budget (s 254J(3)(c)).
  • Keeroongooloo Agreement review — negotiations relating to a commercial matter involving the local government for which a public discussion would be likely to prejudice the interests of the local government (s 254J(3)(g)).
