Council undertakes a regular waste collection service in the towns of Quilpie and Eromanga.

Bins should be put out on the evening prior to pick-up (or before 6.00am on collection days). Place at the footpath, within one metre of the kerb edge, with the wheels and handles facing your house. If there is no kerb, place in a safe position one metre from the edge of the bitumen / gravel.

Quilpie Residents’ roadside rubbish collection is on Monday with business houses having a twice weekly collection on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Eromanga Residents’ roadside rubbish collection is on Tuesday.

Waste disposal facilities are located at Quilpie, Eromanga and Adavale.

Please ensure your waste is disposed of at the correct locations at the landfill.
