Update my details
Council can only accept change of address notifications for the delivery of your rates notice in writing and quoting the relevant assessment number/s. If you do not know your rates assessment number, please contact the Rates Department on (07) 4656 0500 or by email prior to lodging a change of address to ensure properties are correctly identified.
To update your contact and bank account details to ensure prompt payment of invoices, please complete the creditor details update form and return it to Council by mail (PO Box 57, Quilpie Q 4480) or scan and email (with signature and authorisation) to the Accounts Department.
Please note:
the only email address to be used for the electronic submission of accounts and statements is accounts@quilpie.qld.gov.au . Please do not email invoices or statements to individual staff members.
