Mythbusters – Contact us for grant advice on exclusion fencing repairs related to Western Queensland Surface Trough and Associated Rainfall and Flooding, 21 March – 19 May 2025.
Myths
- I can only apply for one grant.
- If I’m ineligible for one grant, I’m ineligible for all grants.
- All grants are administered the same way.
- It’s too late to discuss an application for the Exclusion Recovery Fencing Grant (EFRG).
If you are a primary producer with damaged exclusion fencing in Quilpie, Balonne, Bulloo, Murweh and Paroo, you may still be eligible for up to $500,000 of EFRG funding being delivered in these areas by Quilpie Shire Council.
Please email your expression of interest to this email address efrg@quilpie.qld.gov.au and one of our project officers will be in touch to discuss your specific circumstances

This program is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
