Landowners from all five eligible regions are preparing applications for EFRG funding. Here are a few common Q&As.
If my fence installation or repairs have been previously funded by government or by me, can I still apply?
Yes. Both scenarios are allowed under the program.
Who can undertake the repairs or replacement of damaged exclusion fencing?
- Property owners (check guidelines for activities or persons not eligible for reimbursement Application Toolkit).
- Contractors (all costs are covered if the work matches the approved scope in the application).
Are boundary exclusion fencing and internal exclusion/cluster fencing both considered under this program?
Yes. Both types of exclusion fencing can be included in your application.
If my exclusion fences are still lying down or are stock-ready but not repaired, can I apply?
Yes. But the time for action is now! Take photos (the more the better) with dates and GPS coordinates to connect the dots. Learn how in the EFRG Application Toolkit
