South West Hospital and Health Service invites your feedback on the draft Strategic Plan and Consumer and Community Engagement Strategy

The South West Hospital and Health Service invites members of the community to have their say on the new draft Strategic Plan and to review the Consumer and Community Engagement Strategy.

The Strategic Plan will guide the health service’s work from 2018-2022 and sets out how the health service will deliver its vision to be a national leader in the delivery of health services to rural and remote communities.

The Consumer and Community Engagement Strategy is designed to implement meaningful community and consumer engagement that strengthens our consumer and community partnerships and promotes a more transparent, accessible, accountable and appropriate health service.

A copy of the draft Strategic Plan and a short feedback survey can be found at www.health.qld.gov.au/southwest. A copy of the current Consumer and Community Engagement Strategy is also available on the website and feedback can be provided by emailing SWHHS-Consumer_Feedback@health.qld.gov.au Alternatively please phone the Board Office on 4505 1544 for paper based copies of the documents.
